I decided to sit down and dedicate at least 30 minutes to writing a song where I would reach deep inside my emotional personification and complete it. After I got the chord stucture down I fleshed out the lyrics and I decided to do a a couple, literally 2 takes. I may post Take 1 and 2 here just to document the evolution of it, but I overall really like how this turned out. I really poured some emotion into it.

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Every day, the same old story
Feels just like, I'm in purgotory.
Running around with no purpose it seems.
What ever happened to all my dreams?

[Chorus]
I know they're somewhere, in my mind
But finding them will take time.

[Verse 2]
I see people, every day.
Running about, each and every way.
Do they know, where they go?
Do they care? Or want to know?

[Chorus]
I know they're somewhere, in my mind.
But finding them will take time.

[Middle Eighth]
Feels like my days on repeat.
Seems like my life's incomplete.
Without direction, the path is dark.
Won't you help me light the spark?

[Verse 3]
Now it's dark, I need to rest.
Try to make tomorrow my best.
When the morning comes, it starts again.
How I will feel, I won't know know until then.

[Chorus x 2]
I know they're somewhere, in my mind.
But finding them will take time.

I know they're somewhere, in my mind.
But finding them will take time.

Thank you Shiloh, I really appriciate that. I've been writing so much lately, I've almost filled up a whole notebook of ideas and songs. I really only record the ones I think are worthy enough.
