I agree -- has an 80s feel, either video game or movie soundtrack -- maybe an early sega genesis side scroller. or for a movie 'they live' or a similar pre or post apocalyptic B movie.

Cool stuff,

Very chill mix. Has a 1980's feel to it! What did you use to make this (DAW-wise)?

My first band used a similar title and photo for one of our tunes, about 10 years ago:

Hi Shoham Thanks for the feedback, I am definitely going for an 80's feel so its good that it sounds that way to you. The DAW I used is called Renoise it's a Tracker so a little bit unconventional from the regular DAWS out there but extremely powerful.

Cool. What exactly do you mean by 'Tracker'? Also, did you get my payment? I bought this one. Kind of a 1980s horror movie soundtrack, or something. Very nostalgic feel for me :) Thank you, -Shoham

Oh god yeah just checked my email, hey thanks that's good of you - 19080's Horror, scifi, action movie soundtracks is basically what i'm aiming for not sure what genre to put my self under but that's what i'm aiming for glad you felt the nostalgia.

Check out renoise free demo - its different to normal DAW's trackers use vertical scrolling columns where you input notes using numbers rather than a piano roll. But i plan on using a normal DAW for mastering studio one or protools when get a USB interface i plan on recording some guitars in the future and want to produce a better quality mastering.

Thank you. I suck at production, so I appreciate all of the knowledge that I get on here from producers like you. If you want some stuff to play around with, here is the album we made a long time ago -- the stuff is free to remix and free to download: Hard to team up with others (for me) so I am trying to get more technical. Buy something special :)
