A powerful image!
I studied it with out looking at the title.
I think you could leave it untitled.
You use symbols and colors very well!

Thanks a lot.. Yeah, I'd prefer to leave some of my paintings untitled, but then again, it'd be hard talking about them that way))

Scariest one you've made so far. What is the story behind this one? Is there a lot of racism in Russia? I can only imagine.

Singular tear. Very sad, and the red colors too -- very powerful.

The government supports the apathy in people - that way, they control them without rousing any serious protests.. But since Russia is a hugely influential country in my region, it affects most of its neighbors..
The novel is going well, and I try very hard not to make it a hate novel, because I don't hate Russians, most of my best friends are Russians, but that doesn't mean Russia has the right to rule Armenia or any other country.

Well, to be completely honest, it's like that snake that eats itself.. Meaning - look, imagine this - it starts out with some foreigners - they can be Armenian, Georgian, Daghestanian or from any other nearby country, misbehaving in Russia. And by saying misbehaving I mean inappropriate behavior towards women, weak men and the general society. In retaliation for the behavior of one such company imagine a group of young Russian patriots, who've decided that their country's no place for foreigners, go out and find some foreigners - who're usually innocent, and beat them up, sometimes with fatal results. And this in turn causes retaliation from the foreigners.
The worst part is that how the people from these poor countries behave can be completely blamed on the Russian government. If it didn't restrict the freedom in their native countries, those people who came from such a place would be more educated in the boundaries of freedom and not behave as beasts, unleashed for the first time. But again, free society is not what the Russian government is aiming for.

Still, what is it (if you know) about Russian culture which is so territorial and imperial. I know many cultures are, and it might be more than human nature, or even more than the nature of just living things, maybe everything in the universe wants to dominate its neighbors, but Russia has one hell of a reputation. Do you know enough about Russian culture to say what the roots of their unique obsession with power is.
