I a decided to use a sample of someone playing the accordion and make dobstop out of it. None of this wobble-bass shit though.

Like it. The accordian bit reminds of Fastball's "The Way." The rhythmic chip sound is oddly syncopated but I can dig it. It's like throwing a bunch of random food items into one large singular item, and it's delicious somehow.
Thanks much for the response! I'm curious, what do you think of the vocoding I did to the accordion? I vocoded it through an amen break sample and I feel it adds a bit of nice rhythm, but I think it might make it hard to distinguish sometimes.
Just had another listen through and hadn't even noticed it before. It's very subtle but if you separate each instrument in your ear you can hear it. Then you can't unhear it, and that's alright with me.
