FeedForward Collaboration License 1.0

An author who licenses a work under Part A of this document (hereinafter “Original Author”) grants everyone the right to privately remix said work (but not the right to distribute such remixes).
A person who remixes a work licensed under Part A (hereinafter “Collaborator”) may license the remix to Original Author under Part B, which requires attribution for Collaborator but not payment of royalties.
If an author indicates that a work is licensed under this document but doesn't indicate whether it is licensed under Part A or Part B, it may be assumed to be licensed under Part A.
Nothing in this document is intended to disparage any rights that any person may have under the Fair Use doctrine or other applicable law.

Part A

Original Author hereby grants you a license to
  1. privately create a derivative of this work and
  2. transmit a copy of such a derivative work to Original Author.
Original Author reserves all other rights. For clarity, you are not granted a license to distribute the derivative work to anyone except Original Author.

Part B

I (Collaborator) hereby grant Original Author a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and publicly perform my adaptation of the original work, under the restrictions that:
  1. I am attributed for my contribution (except as provided below),
  2. I may request my name be removed from attribution, and to the extent practicable, licensee shall do so.
I understand that this license does not require that I (Collaborator) be paid any royalties for my contribution.
