Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Mirra Marla for “Annie On Display”:
I like this kind of live-performance techno/progressive rock. One thing that I feel is that the tracks are well produced and composed. I do think that you could get tighter performances though. There is a little lack of energy on them.

My favorite of the three is "Rabbit's Song", where I feel as if the mellow energy works. For "Annie on Display" and "Chromatic Hearts", I think you could get more out of the tracks by trying again and bringing the energy up in your performances. How many of you are there?

Thanks for the feedback! I could definitely see what you mean by the lack of energy, I've been very subtle and careful with the performances, unlike Rabbit's Song which was recorded live all in one go. There is only me. :)

Yeah, I do most of my own recording these days too, so I know that it can be challenging. Keep up the good work. And stay patient. Thanks, -Shoham
