I'm sorry it made you feel that way. I dunno, I just felt like making things really obnoxiously twitchy and almost uncomfortable in the beginning. I may put in some light pads or some kind of atmosphere at the beginning, but I'll probably leave the drums as they are. Thank you for the input though! Did you make it through the rest of the song? If so, I would love to hear any other critique or criticisms you have.
I was not overly fond of the piece as a whole, but I suppose it might be a genre that I am not super fond of, so perhaps my critique is worthless if I am not your target audience.
Hey, even if you're not fond of the musical style your comments on the technical components (mixing and the such) are totally valid and really appreciated. I need all the help I can get, so anything that you are willing to give me is always a good thing.
