Do you have a PayPal account? If so, PayPal works like a bank for you; they can transfer money to your bank account and you can use money online with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal, I think taking Ad Credits is a very good move. You can use them for buying things on FeedForward and slo for making ads to promote your music. -S
