I love the way this builds rhythmically and sonically ... great use of old and new synth sounds ... lovely piano.

Some great lyrics there. Is there a real life story behind these lyrics? Still need better recordings of your music.

You're right about my recording failures, at least in this case, I initially had the excuse of going for an old timey sound like these ones:

Thanks for the listen and the response. As for the real life story, it's mostly about what I see as the subtext of the response by the 'Conservative Movement' towards the Vietnam Veterans I know, especially the more 'Conservative' ones who are sure that their friends are "The Conservatives", but in my mind, that's misguided.

There is one guy I got in a verbal fight with recently who I was thinking of especially. He was/is a friend of mine from my gym which trends male, older, Vietnam Veteran. We got into a 'You're brainwashed', 'No, you're brainwashed' competition and I ended up feeling sorry for him and haven't gone into the gym when he's there since.

TL;DR, everyone likes a winner.

shoham gave feedback to Kode of Bliss for “Trauma and Torment of Truth”:
Cool melody from 1:40 onward. I am enjoying this maturation in your composition and especially the patience in developing a melody like this one. Has a sonata like feel in the outro, although I'm not sure that I am buying the sound effects at the way end.

Tasteful choice of instrumentation as well. We're along way from Thorn of Xan:

Weird little early Memorial day lo-fi track. What do you think of it?

shoham gave feedback to Kode of Bliss for “Leaving All That is Dear”:
I gotta love the opening Kraftwerk-esque salvo. And then the futuristic-alien-japanimation-inspired tone poem. Too good to be true. So far, and I mean this, this is your best album to date, by far, I think.

Hey thanks Sho. Been sitting on most of these tracks for years, just finally got the last track to click it place.
