Scott Wells gave feedback to Semi-Protein for “Kaji”:
there is a ton of clipping going on and it destroys the quality of your recording. make sure your input doesn't clip and you can raise the volume in post-production.

is this a transitional track? it's works in that way. but, to be a stand alone track you would need at least a chorus and some more song structure.

Wow, nice voice, I like your band-name, your album art is kind of incomprehensible but that's okay I guess))

Stereoscopic gave feedback to Semi-Protein for “Kaji”:
Just from the beginning, the guitar gets in the way a little bit right from the start. The whole song is mixed a little bit too loudly, and the vocals are a bit high on the frequency spectrum, and because of this, it takes a bit of straining to hear the lyrics.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't like this recording at all. We did it in like 5 minutes and 2 takes using Garageband. And there really aren't any lyrics, to speak of. LOL. But thanks for listening!

Your song has made me perplexed. And it adds to the fact that the rain and your song are perfect matches here!
I wish to hear this more often, is it downloadable? Oh, yes :D I see it is :D

Are you working on any more music these days? I liked your "Battle of Music", what DAW did you use?

Interpret gave feedback to Semi-Protein for “Kaji”:
Bad ass album art. The idea of this song is awesome. I like the feeling of it, but the mix hurts my ears a bit. The mids and highs and kind of slapping my ears--mostly highs. ALSO--it could just be my shitty lap top speakers, but it would very worth it to invest in professional mixing or at least playing with the frequencies to see what you get out of it.

Cool song though. I really did enjoy it.

Thanks-- it's a piece of protein...! This is really a rough draft, so I'd have to agree, the quality of the recording is not very high quality. I'm looking to get better at production, this was done with garageband, which I think is good for rough drafts, but not quality productions. Glad you enjoyed the song. -Jon
