Lyrics:
As I travel to Elysium, there's a lesson that I've learned
Benny Franklin got it right as rain: "penny saved's a penny earned"
Masterpieces? Dime a Dozen
Pay for givin'?
Ask your Hazzan!
Boatman's got a mouth to feed,
Taint extortion; that ain't greed
There's no remedy, for my chemistry, but the wait. Yes, this weight makes me strong
Black eyes, fat lips you're so quick on your feet
Black eyes, fat lips- you won't admit defeat...
It don't mean you won- it don't mean you're skinny
It don't mean you can fight, but you sure gotta plenty
Now it’s time to trade you bow for blow….
Well, there's some vanity in insanity, but the perks, they don't last very long
As I wander through the Promised Land,
On a tired and beaten road
There's a Starr that stops me in my tracks
Just to help me with my load
And he says
“There are many men today who are born with hearts made of stone,
If you find your way to Jerusalem seek thee stone with a heart made of gold
If you find your way to Jerusalem seek thee stone with a heart made of gold”
There a Kingdom will come when we all heed the son(sun) of a King who born on the throne
And we'll all sing along to his magnificent song when a rhyme fits the time to a tone...
Well, If to you it's a drone, you just leave it alone, but for me, it's the place to call home...
Sorry to hear that... This isn't my favorite recording of ours- maybe check another one out? The folks seem to like this one: http://www.feed-forward.net/w.1051_level
Nice lyrics! But is this the first time you are singing WalaWalaWala?
I've heard your songs earlier too, and they seemed better to me! :O
Just asking, but anyhow, you sing waaaay better then me :D

Thanks! This one was written over a period of several years, and has gone through a number of variations. There was an acoustic version at one point that was pretty cool as well.
