Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Kode Bliss for “Antecent Combindus”:
Quite the departure! Sounds like an independent movie soundtrack piece. Dark, disturbing. My kind of music!

This was actually 3 prototype tracks that I made recently smashed together in to one track hence the Combind(us) in the title.

That makes sense. I was looking for a google translate of the title but it wasn't coming up with anything -- I thought it was Latin LOL!

I dig. I would like to hear a middle-8 with more 16th notes as a counterpoint. Maybe after 2:10 to 2:22

Thanks for listening Sho. Did I mention the Shadow of Sho is my highest played track on Apple Music?

WTF!?! DO I get royalties? Hahaha. That's awesome. I have to go back and check that 1 out again. I am enjoying this new track -- very different path from you and I am enjoying it x10

Round 1 in the books. Now I have an idea of where you are coming from but would still like the stem, so I can do a better job matching what you have. Thank you!

I always expect a guitar and a touch of your folk-tales like rebellious timber voice.

I'll say it again... we need to work together and if I can get this particular vocal I can do some magic

If possible the vocal and the same guitar separately.
Will add drums, percussion etc and lay the guitar and our vocals. What do you think

I'm gonna try to make that happen! Probably easier for me than trying to do 87 things -- guitar +vocals + 'production', which I neglect. But, yeah. I can try that 100%

A bit more militant than what I am used to from you, Soldier; I like it. You need to come up with a compilation album.

Hey, I got a new one myself. The first 1/4 is in:

Fantastic as always. You're writing style is great. I'd this capo'd by any chance?

Yes, I'm actually having the situation where I can start recording some of the good ones. You know how life goes? Actually got a friend who plays a killer lead along with another who is amazing on those drum drums. So best case scenario I get some actual band recordings made thud year, I'd really like to make the album I've been writing for 10 years.

Glad that I could give you some needed motivation, mate. I know how it goes being a fellow artist and all. You've honestly influenced my writing more than you probably think ;)

You'll have to tour up to PGH!

I have the chords and lyrics, just need to practice and get an arrangement together:

Natch, I tried to buy the place out –
But he said they only lease
Then I’m told it’s owner-occupied
The rent has just increased

Sure, they understand the irony
I’ll give them that at least
Still, I’d always mind my manors with the Anarchy Police

And they’re sticklers for the grammar, ask the justice of the peace
When he drags you in to haggle with the Anarchy Police

These days almost everyone is dead,
Brother that's a proven fact;
Think the deck has gone straight to your head,
But boy the warden keeps it stacked

I have begged them for the cosmos but they offer no release
See, it’s just a nine to seven for these Anarchy Police
Oh, I’ve asked for Poena Cullei or at least the Guillotine
But they’re paid to keep me spinning in the Anarchy machine

Chords: {monsieur who left a bit too early from Les Miserable type melody} Then I met a lonely officer from district number 12
She’s an up-and-coming wise-guy ‘though she’s always blamed herself{/end}
For the chaos at the station when the coffee pot goes out
Asked her, Petey what’s the problem what’s this riddle all about?

Said: “Sir, if you want to get your point across you really needn’t shout
My friend, I learned this when quite young, as an anarchy Eagle Scout
Just do a Mala Kathakali, buddy. That’s my only tip,
And cousin, health is all I wish you on your own Anarchy trip”

Sure, they understand the irony
I’ll give them that at least
Still, I would always mind my manors with the Anarchy Police

And they’re sticklers for the grammar, just ask the justice of the peace
When he drags you in you’ll haggle with the Anarchy Police

These days almost everyone is dead,
And brother that's a proven fact;
The deck is going to your head,
I think the warden keeps it stacked

They will fight with PachaMama both in famine and in feast
But you see, that is the nature of these Anarchy Police

They will fight with PachaMama both in famine and in feast
But she knows, that’s just the nature of her Anarchy Police

I think that my answer to the NFT question is this: the whole crypto phenomenon is the worst of Capitalism -- how can someone legitimately enter the market in a thoughtful way and improve their life using this method? At least a more developed system, like the mortgage-based monetary expansion system in the west has some method for the average person to enter it and not get completely burned. Even MORE importantly, the house, besides being a tool for credit expansion is also an incredibly important usable thing and not based on a synthetic sense of scarcity. Yes, the USD has lost 7% of its value against a 'basket of goods' in the last 12 months, but BTC has lost 30% if ITS value against the same exact basket in the last 12 weeks! Long live K-NG DOLLAR!

I get your point. It's crazy but they are doing it...they are making money and it's crazy. I tried to wrap my head around it but getting the smokes.
Some dude tried to introduce me to BTC a long time ago and I just couldn't understand it, then I watched how they nailed some good currency. Still didn't join, then comes NFT.
The world is crazy.
Why i even brought it up being the fact that i felt that most sites are gearing up towards giving Music NFT a try. Looks like WEB3 is here to stay

I like this new lion look! It's exploitative, though... The NFT/BTC -- not the lion look ;) I mean, you can't make money with it if you don't have money, so while some people are feeling sore about not buying $100 worth of BTC at $1 apiece, it would have seemed like a waste of $100 at the time -- really just like betting on a complicated parlay on a soccer match, in my opinion. If a musician can make a living off of NFT then I wish them luck and congratulate them but I don't think that the false scarcity of crypto and NFT is a good foundation for the future of the artists' clique. That's just my take! The person buying the token is essentially betting that the token will be worth more in the future. I hope so! But ultimately it reminds me of other collectors' items that can balloon and then pop!!! Or maybe it's like a lithograph?
