i am not yet married Shoham, i do not have kids yet but i pray and hope to seal that part coming soon, next year hopefully or if something happens to me and i feel the need to do that soonest maybe, who knows huh. The main little girl character is my niece, love her so much so had to let her act. i got lots of nephews and nieces, they make your heart warm and bring out the genuine smile in me so they sort of bring out the innocent child-like part of me

wot *is* the deal!!!??? Where is MY cover? LOL. I like the production you layered onto your vox.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Ryan Toth for “synergy3”:
transitions work better in this version, because of the underlying percussion track you added. I think that this version flows much better all around.

Still, the opening is coming out a little weak, in my mind. Need more bass earlier on, even before the percussion track rolls in.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to J. Wager for “Charred Bills”:
Great guitar work. I wanted to put this one to the side and come back to it after a couple of days. At first I thought that the vocals needed work, and I still do, but in fairness, I feel like you should commit to a lower register, rather than just write back that 'they need work', because I think that aside from being too vague, it's something more precise -- lower register and more artculation on the individual syllables that you are singing. It's a good set of lyrics, but I'm missing them and the melody because it's a little rushed. Cool start!

Yeah man I've been working more in a lower register, feels more natural that way. Still needs al ot of improvement but i'm getting there. Thanks for listening !

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to J. Wager for “Derailed”:
cool harmonies starting at 1:07. tune has a sort of a 'raga' vibe -- what does 'rasa mean', exactly? vox sound string on this track as well -- keep working on finding your spots, I think you have a good an distinct timber to your voice and when you match it up with the emotive quality of your melodies and lyrics, something special happens/

Hey thanks for listening glad ya like it! Not too entirely sure what Rasa means, a friend tells me it's a Hindi word equating to nirvana, but one really never knows!

it looks like it is like a religious state of ecstasy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasa_(theology)

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Ryan Toth for “Synergy”:
I think it takes too long to build. You need a counterpoint earlier than 45" in. Maybe right off the back. Also, more a one-y-and-a-two-y-and-a bass line once everything kicks into place around 1:22.

There's a lot of good ideas on this track, maybe too many...

I know you don't do PayPal, but I could through you some AC if you list that way...?

In my head, when played live I could slowly start with my synth being ambient with some arpegiated nonsense that morphed into those key parts. Basically left me some room to improv some noise.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Alice Hagenbruch for “Heimat”:
Pretty spot. I just came from a similar place, which to me is ironic on a cosmic level, since looking up "heimat", it says something about people 'being together' -- which I feel as if walking in nature helps people do!

Danke Schoen!

anthemic tune. i listened to both versions and like the updated one better -- especially the rhythm track.

I think I missed this tune. Different sound for you. has a sort of a 'tears for fears' quality to it.

I like the contrast between the chorus and verse, but not the transitions -- too choppy. Especially the first one. -Shoham
