I was thinking of The Rembrandts and had to wonder why anyone would cover the band that sang the Friends theme song. haha. This is a good song. Ill have to check out the original. It fits your voice well.

thanks a lot lol I heard the friends theme a couple months ago and was thinking someone should do a less wussy version of this, but yeah the replacements, the rembrants, and the romantics sometimes i get confused when i just hear their names, a lot of P bands I get confused to, proclaimers, prodigals, pretenders lol

haha. that's a good idea, but yeah, it would take a lot of de-wussifying though

Cool tune. Thanks for making and sharing this, Boy Co.! I hadn't heard it before. I like the vox, and the rhythm guitar as well. Neat stuff with the lead guitar melody as well, kind of Hindustani :D

I would like the vocals to be a little bit louder, but I think that the production value is rather appropriate for the lo-fi style that you were going for otherwise.

Thank you as always,

Ian Marquis gave feedback to Bojko for “you once told me”:
Great intimate feel on this song, man. I can hear an even bigger track inside it, waiting to burst out. Keep it up!

thank you so much buddy, been playing this one like double speed for the last couple months, this track is inspired by songwritters, the first verse is a nod to the Beatles

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Ian Marquis for “Triumph and Sin”:
Nice change of pace from what you've been producing lately!

Sort of your "Civil War", or "Every Rose Has It's Thorn"! -- very tender tune.

Thank you as always,

Thank you, man!

This track is actually older than all the recent ones I have posted - I recorded it last December, as I was starting to think about my new album and dealing with some heavy personal stuff. I'm really glad you like it.

Karmawimp gave feedback to Bojko for “Wait and See”:
Dig it. The vocals remind me a little of Tim Armstrong or Mike Ness. Really liked it when the drums kicked in. Simple, yet strong enough to add drive.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Bojko for “Yesterday's Gone”:
The vocals sound very cool on this one. What kind of effect did you use, exactly? Did you copy the track and paste it several times to multitrack it, or was there some built-in effect in your editor that you used or something.

Also, a very tasteful little guitar solo, to boot! All around just a stellar track, my friend. Good writing, good performance, good production, oh my!

Crazy outro too, simple, I love it! Thanks. -shoham

i think it was two vocal layer, but I also think I made it on the four track which has vocal effect so I might have used reverb, but most likely not, I may have sung into the built in mic on the old tascam 4 track, but usually only use effects in my trippier songs, thanks for all the kind words, they mean a lot, and very glad you enjoyed it!!!

It's one of my favorites of yours so far. Reminiscent of but better than Elliot Smith. What will the future bring???...!!!

Gremlin gave feedback to Bojko for “I Love You”:
Sort of reminds me of Fevers & Mirrors production wise, although not as depressing lol. I enjoyed it, very GBV at times at least to my ears. If you don't know of that album or that band, I apologize for not having better descriptions for your stuff : )

I don't know them... yet! I'll check em out, glad you liked it, I like your stuff alot, keep it up!

Scott Wells gave feedback to The Amorous for “Cries of the Caterpillar”:
great recording quality. great change of pace from all the amateur recordings. i like the drone-like quality of the guitar riff. the emotion of the track builds quite nicely.
if i had any criticism it would be the vocals in the chorus. there is no real hook for the audience to grab on to. try to simplify the lyrics and melody and you will connect with a more "commercial" audience.

Haha. Like this one, and I liked how turned down his Nobel Prize. Had to keep listening to hear the rest of the story!

lol thanks a lot, I wrote this when my nephew was little, he was like 3 or 4, and he just turned 10! there's lyrics for a second song I recorded once, but was a super first draft, called: Young Joshua Conquers Space Travel (i think this is a while ago lol) thanks for listening :)

My niece love M. Poppins! Really creepy tones here, my dude. Lyrics are sort of Morrisonesque, I think :D Cool experiment, and I like what you did with the keyboard is it? Dragged on a tad for me, to be honest, but it's good ;)
