This is delightfully sorta-80s

I was expecting the song to build to a loud, dramatic chorus like an 80s rock ballad, but I liked the softer chorus. I like the song. Lyrics are good too.

I like the effects you've got on these vocals. Very neat composition, overall. Somehow, I feel as if there's a little extra energy that you could put into the vocals -- from a performance perspective. I'm a vocalist myself, so I know that that might sound kind of vague. Again, I think that this is a very good piece, and very well produced. I'd like to hear just a good bit more conviction in the vocal performance. Very exciting, and very promising.
