Ian Marquis gave feedback to The Middlemen for “The End”:
I really enjoyed the mix between the direct-recorded acoustic guitar, piano, and vocals in this song. Very clean, balanced, and immediate. Good job, guys!

Great. Glad you liked it. here's a better version on an iMac somewhere in a landfill in New Jersey, LOL. Actually, we have a whole E.P. We'd love if you'd check it out, and it's a free download, too! http://www.feed-forward.net/a.11_Turn_It_Up_and_Change_the_Channel

Great tune guys. Gotta love those major to minor shifts in those old 50's rock songs. Glad to see you included some in this jam.

Thank you! Our guitar player wrote this one, so all credit goes to him. It's one of my favorite tunes as well! We even got it played on college radio at least once, I think! Thanks.

Very pretty and unique voice. Like it so much better than the original. Added a lot more depth and interest.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to The Middlemen for “The End”:
Or is it only the beginning. I liked the tune, but would like to hear a more polished version of it (polished like a gem, not a sausage).

Neat lyrics, and a nice, simple chord progression to boot.

I like the 'shitty' sounds quality. It's actually kind of got a 1970's feel because of the lo-fi. Harmonies sound very strong throughout.

Thanks, keep it up! Download link?

I like this song a lot-simple and pretty catchy. It doesn't sound like that bad of a recording. Are you planning on rerecording since this is a "rough draft?"

Thanks you. I'm working on a series of cowboy style love songs I'm tentatively titling "Cowabunga Cowboy". Glad the recording doesn't sound to bad -- Old-Timey, perhaps????

Wow, this song is intense. Lyrics and guitar are really strong. I had to keep listening to hear the whole story.
