Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Kode of Bliss for “Bright Suns WIP2”:
Nice and slow. Can't find the original, did you get rid of it? This is maybe a little slower than I personally think it should be, still. I like where it's going though, but it either needs more layers, or to build up earlier than 2:41 I think, to grab the more casual listener's attention.

Danke,

This was meant to be a chill piece. I removed about 30 seconds at around 1:00 as I felt it was too repetitive and when listening I felt it needed to change there. The song still clocks in at 4:30. I tried speed it up a bit, but for me it lost its feel. I will post the Final Mix in a sec. Thanks for the feedback.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Ryan Toth for “dirt leg”:
Very cool. Dark, I'd like to hear this with some Arsini lyrics and vocals. Have you guys worked on anything recently?

I think it either needs vocals, or more of a high end, or both. Some G-Funk era out-of-tune siren or something of that sort, perhaps...

Also, I've got some new stuff out myself. Some experiMental $4!+ Let me know what you think , should you get the chance, here' the album:

No we stopped working a while back. I would explain but I have neither the energy or desire. I will however encourage you to get me some god damned vocals soon! I'm liking what you are putting down there too. good stuff indeed!

Thanks man! Yeah, artists, you know. That guy is/was will be wacky as hell! Crazy eyes _ I can't even finish my own songs these days. My girlfriend keeps making fun of me, because I have like 15 choruses for cunt tree songs I'm working on, somewhat for fun. Then there's my 'serious' songs which are going somewhere -- slow. But when it rains, it will pour...! I haven't forgotten, I promise you!

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Kode of Bliss for “Bright Suns WIP1”:
This is going places, my friend. I like the voices you're using. I do think it drags a tad bit at times, at least in my opinion.

It's not that it's too slow, it's that it never really picks up tempo-wise. I would say that the arpeggio starting around 2:30 - 2:45 helps, but I still feel that on its own, the piece is waiting to open up. Maybe at 3:09 or so?

Cool start, sounds like you're making the most of the new tools/toys!
