This is Awesome!!!

Glad to hear you back at work. You're stuff conitnues to get better and better. I like what you're doing with the synth(?) choir. Also, this is nice with the guitar tone, and solo.

I do wish that it was a good bit longer, though although it seems like this is just a rough draft.

Not sure what to say other than Keep at it! Great stuff, as always!!!

cheers, this isnt even nearly completed, im going to add distorted guitar just after the guitar intro. and drums and possibly vocals i f I can ever find my microphone.

Yeah, I'm having mic problems, too!

Good one. I love the wherewolf sounds at the beginning! Te guita could be a little bit tighter, which I imagine you would agree with. Somehow, the tone on this one is not coming through as well as I'd like it to, but I know it's a WIP.

Maybe speed it up a bit in your performance. I do like the skeleton you're working with, and look forward to hearing future version of this puppy!

The Closers gave feedback to Apocopta for “Satan(Work in Progress)”:
Cool title, caught my eye :D Kind of crazy chord progression, funky rhythms, and a cool voice-over. I'd like to see how this progresses! It might mash up well with this video I did on a solo project:

What do you think???
 Jan 07, 2012, 18:54 EST
I think that would make an excellent mash-up! the voice sample is from this it inspired me to write this creepy track.

Awesome video, I'm in a library right now, so I can't hear the sound, but I'll check it out in all its glory later! Thanks again :D Claymation Einstein, nice!

Now that's better! Juicy filling, flaky shell and a little bit of whip cream on top. Just the way I like it!

Drums sound nice as well, what kind of kit do you have? Sounds like an electronic one, but still sounds live. Wouldn't mind hearing a little more flair on the drums, if you know what I mean.

Did you get a chance to check out The Emperor?
 Jan 04, 2012, 17:31 EST
yeah I did check out the Emperor, good stuff! , the drums are toontrack's drumkit from hell, i mastered it slightly to make it more real sounding.
flag (Jan 05, 2012, 07:18 EST)
Sweet, yeah I like that guy. The drums do sound real, huh... Good job!

WalaWalaWala gave feedback to Apocopta for “Raven (work in progress)”:
Lots of potential. I like the live guitar + samples. I feel like you could do more with the guitar, though, but like you said, it's a WIP. Maybe some vocals???

Check out this guy, who is pretty awesome, too, I think you'll pick up some neat ideas, as I think your styles are similar:!EmperorNorton

And let me know what you think of his stuff!
 Jan 04, 2012, 08:26 EST
Im going to add vocals and electric guitar and bass and drums and stuff, just made this up about 10 minutes ago. cheers for the feedback

Keep on pushing, and don't forget to check out The Emperor, he's got some stuff I really think you'd like! This one is my favorite:

WalaWalaWala gave feedback to Apocopta for “Her Name Was Majesty”:
Now that's more like it! Are you doing this with just a synth and samples?

These speakers of mind are not very good, but a bit of (hopefully constructive feedback) would be to add several layers of depth to this piece. I like where you've gone so far, but I'd really like to hear this with some more bass underneath it.

Otherwise, a great start ;)

just a midi keyboard and some soundfont, ill take that into mind

Ryan Toth gave feedback to WalaWalaWala for “Panenthea (Live)”:
ever make it to texas? we put on live shows all the time and would love to have you !
 Aug 30, 2011, 22:44 EDT
Thanks, Ryan -- this is a part of a live album, called 'Undead' -- available for free here:

Re: Lady Boy, I don't like that effect myself, but it was a pretty rough draft -- I'm still trying to get a good arrangement and recording on that one. We'll definitely have to keep in touch -- I hope to get to Texas to play out sometime soon :)

Bojko gave feedback to WalaWalaWala for “Panenthea (Live)”:
the voice is hard to hear at the chorus sometimes but other than that this is good for a live song
 Apr 28, 2011, 13:26 EDT
Thanks Bojko :D It's a free recording, too-- the recording was a last minute pleasant surprise, when a friend of our showed up with some tight live-recording gear (he was playing that night too, so it was mainly for himself, but it worked out for us as well:). THanks again, and feel free to take a copy.
