Oh man! I really hope you continue this...
It ended and I searched your page for more...
Truly left me wanting the rest.
Fabulous sound and overall theme.

Thank you very much again shiloh! I may do the whole song now that I wrote a complete version. SUPPLY AND DEMAND! Thank you. How do you know raumcole?

The simple version is we used to work together.
I met him about 5 years ago. He is an enchanting soul with a great ear for music. He is the one that suggested I check you out.

OMFG as the kids say - this version is REAL messed up. I thought I had posted something bad but not like this. I just did a one take version www.feed-forward.net/w.7276 that's about 80% of the song, there is a middle, talking/poem section I have to add, but I wanted to get this to you. Are you both in Colorado?

I understand the sound you were going for, but honestly it reminds me of some of Amy Winehouse's early demos.
Love the sound, do you think you will fill it out a bit more?

Thank you, $shiloh. Probably, when the opportunity comes along -- and hopefully sooner rather than later! I am trying to get back into the groove of better recording quality, instead of just 1 take and done.

Thank you! Interesting 'factoid'/coincidence. I just looked it up, and I guess Shiloh comes from the name of the city before Jerusalem on the same site. I was born, spent my early years in Jerusalem. So, it makes sense especially since I think cities are usually 'she' when there is a gender assignment. Actually Shoham can be male or female...

That is so cool. What a funny little similarity.
My middle name is Suzannah. My mom was obsessed with Neil Diamond and named me after two of his songs. Also biblically, my name was a city of salvation ( if memory serves correctly).

I think that Shiloh is supposed to be the name for the Messiah? Neil Diamond Red Red Wine! She could have named you Red Red Wine Sweet Caroline Wangsgard!?

Yeah!!! Wish she would have. Not many people these days can name Neil Diamond songs. I'm moderately impressed! I'm off to work but I'm going to listen to more of your stuff tonight. This was a nice conversation, thank you.

Sunday night raw! I 'hid this one away' for a little bit, but gave it a listen and said "THIS IS RAUMWORTHY, DAMMIT". Thank you amigo.

Crisp! Simply put, a really, really nice recording. Add some harmonies to it and then at the 'sing it with me' part maybe have a bunch of backing voices sing-along.

BUT THIS IS SOLID. Very, very honored by your smooth, smokin' rendition!!!

Also, sweet graphic! And your new profile picture is super-pro. Pumped!

Thank you as always for those many compliments :)

You read my mind on the multible vocal harmomies im going to add but im going to record a better version because im wanting to practice it a bit more. Great tune, Shoham.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Raum for “Claim (Demo)”:
Middle section is very smooth -- very smooth, jazzy flip. Love where this is going.

RETRACTIVE FALACY?! What is this mystery message?!?

Could use a 16 note whistle solo from 2:08 to -2:13
 Aug 25, 2019, 22:23 EDT
Raum
The phrase retractive fallacy is sonething im going to leave to soeculation. Ive been trying to play around with word-play more. Does it work?

Also for the solo am a tually arranging a proper guitar lead solo this very moment. Though im terrible at coming up/playong lead "its getting better all the time."

Thank you, Shiloh! This is Shoham from WalaWalaWala -- lead vocals and songwriter. I really like how this recording turned out -- it was during a practice. Sometimes those are the best recordings. here's a decent recording from another practice: https://www.feed-forward.net/w.3873_Jericho_Matered_by_Kelly_Barnard

THANKS AGAIN!

Rex Yehudi (shoham)
[D-G-A]

Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down

[Bm-F#m... A7]

I've never been in love like this before
I never knew that love was such a stupid war

[D-G-A]

Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down

[Bm-F#m-E-A7]

My mother told me: "Son,
You better keep on fighting, 'cause this war has just begun...!"

So I go:

[D-G-A]

Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down

[Interlude]

[Em-A7-G#7-G7]

Be careful how you dream
Oftentimes the rose is not quite what it seems

I go:

[D-G-A]

Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down

[Bm-F#m-E-A7]

But when we come back up
You know she's bound to fill my cup

So I go:

[D-G-A]

Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down
Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down
Up & Down,

[A+-D-G-A]
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down
Up & Down,
We go up & down
Up & Down
We go up & down

A fucking love the line "you know shes bound to fill my cup". For some reason that really sounds groovy to me. You mamsged to keep everything relavent and actually give the song s story arc. Currently learning the chords and would love to cover.
