What information do we collect?

Privacy Settings

The settings page lets you choose whether your feedback and ‘liked’ items are public or private. Presently, all playlists are public.

PayPal Email Address

If you choose to sell digital downloads of works, the email address you enter in the "PayPal Email" field is visible to potential purchasers. If you have a PayPal business account, you can enter your PayPal ID instead of your email address.

Private messages and feedback

We have taken steps to ensure that private feedback and private messages are viewable only by the sender, the recipient, and the website administrators. However, we don't guarantee the privacy of such messages/feedback, and security vulnerabilities may exist that allow access to unauthorized individuals. (If you discover a security vulnerability with this site, please notify us and don't publicly disclose the vulnerability until we've had a reasonable amount of time to fix it.)

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
