Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Richard Shekari for “The Circus”:
Another top message track from the young master. I think I need way more syncopation in the beat.

It is a story of a disjointed world. Maybe some 1980s style scratches on the 1s and 2s.

Gee funk vibe going on here my amigo. Sad but true story. PS: last 30 seconds are dead air. FYI.

[delete] Richard Shekari Thanks man. Consider it a 30minute silence observed for the beautiful innocent children we couldn't save from the fangs of death.

D Cis Productions gave feedback to Lorenzo Pagano for “Travel Transfer”:
Nice Groove. One suggestion would be to add an intro section to the beginning by simply lowering the volume and increasing the frequency of the bass section. Then after a couple of bars let it rip. Just an idea Hope you like it!

Don't be sorry! Listen to whatever you please, heh. I'm glad you enjoyed this. Admittedly, I got these animals sounds from 1950s/60s exotica records. They are ripe with them. I have my music for sale (through PayPal) at

exotica records. I never heard of them. Well, one nice thing about selling here as opposed to Bandcamp is no fee. I'll check some more out. Thanks, -Shoham

Gremlin gave feedback to Doctor Scientist for “Landing Moon”:
Listened to the whole album (I guess, they all have same art) and the whole thing is really astounding. Reminds me of the electronic stuff my buddy and I were making back in the MySpace days 10 years ago.

I think this is probably my favorite of the 4 tracks you have posted, at least on first listen. Enjoying the layers of synths that wash through from time to time. Also enjoy how you chop up the beat every now and then to keep it interesting. Melodically it reminds me of some tracks from Endtroducing.

Production is quite good. Are these sample packs you got off some site like primeloops or? Also, what DAW you use? Ableton?

Speaking of great production. This is a very gnarly record. No idea how he gets his stuff so loud without it clipping either. It's a bit dark at times, but its just really cool from start to end. Some of the later tracks I was like wtf, but in a good way.

Wow, thanks! It's my favorite track too. I don't use much from sample packs, though I have a few for FX. I use a lot of RnB-style Rhodes chords that I've collected from various soul and jazz songs, then I melodically rearrange them using Melodyne Editor. So I have a large sample pack of those that I created most of. For production, I just throw samples at each other in Reason 4 (a lot of which are also melodically rearranged) and sometimes add some synths and random sounds to fill space.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Doctor Scientist for “Red”:
Very smooth, Doc. Brings me back to the grand old '90's as far as this kind of dance music is concerned, has something of a G-Funk era feeling to it as well.

I would maybe change the pace at some point, like a House style 'drop' somewhere along the line.

Enjoyed the finale -- Psychedelic!

Well done,
