Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to D Cis Productions for “Disputed”:
Tremendous production value, D. What DAW are you using?

One concept that I wouldn't mind hearing incorporated, though it isn't everyone's style is a voice over of some kind. Not necessarily a sample from anything musical. It could even be sports related (as per the original intention.)

One more note is that I think the price is prohibitively high, especially for a CC work. Also, consider accepting both USD and AC (1 AC gives you 100 display ads and 1,000 display ads is worth about $3.00).

Just a couple of thoughts. Very subtle production quality, reminds me of $ryantoth's early work!

Thank you,

Thanks bro I really appreciate it. This is my first post but honestly this is also the first website I've put songs up on that people will actually give feedback on. Soudcloud peeps just click listen and hit next and maybe 'like'.

Again I enjoyed the 80's horror vibe on this track -- has a weird feeling, like a vhs that got warped in the basement...

Very dramatic, Jake! I would like to see where this will go next. I think that it could use a little more percussion, for sure, but the basic themes are a very nice start, for sure :]

Thank you.

Very cool composition. I like the change at 1:37. Kind of intense. Do you know Anthony Perez: http://www.feed-forward.netAnthonyPerez

He has a somewhat similar modern classical piano sound going, too.

I like the title. Thank you, Shoham

PS: Very cool cover art as well. How did you make it? Photoshop, I guess?

This has a really good vibe to it. You should look into polishing up the timings of some of the delay feebacks, every once in a while something just gets a little bit out of time. Maybe think about adding an extra layer of something about 3/4 of the way through (before it slows down and goes into more straight chords) to make it a little more intense, build it up a little more before it comes back down, but that's in no way a necessity.
That being said, I really like it, man. Do you listen at all to Angels & Airwaves? The start of this had me thinking of Et Ducit Mundum Per Luce, but in a much darker way.
