Raum gave feedback to Rex Yehudi (shoham) for “The Dead Beat Blues”:
Man, I love your work. I could really learn a lot from you when it comes to lyrics.

Glad you like this one, amigo! One recommendation: read poetry for some idea for writing. John Keats, Emma Lazarus, Edgar Allen Poe. Thanks again amigo!

Raum gave feedback to WalaWalaWala for “That's alright with me!”:
This is still one of my all time favorites from you Wala, and that's alright.

I still sing this in my head from all these years.

Raum gave feedback to Benci for “Old Blues / Acceptance”:
Really well put together song. Are those real drums being recorded? If so then excellent!

Also love the John Lennon sounding rhythm. Nailed that solo too. Then the sound scape that comes after is brilliant.

Keep it up!

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Raum for “You’re My Baby”:
I think the drums sound decent. Always a tough decision between being polished and being raw...
 Jan 06, 2019, 11:04 EST
Yeah that’s my dilemma right now. I kind of want to start working more on production quality.

you and me both. It is 10% laziness, 90% anxiety, on my end, but the two are related. I have some good experiecnes taking production seriously and some bad ones - you can push to hard and end up with something just as bad as a half baked product, ya know?! I'm going to try to do at least 1 good one this year -- like a 20 hour track type of thing. See if it is worth it and go from there... Keep on pushing! Shoham

I know exactly what you mean, shoham. Part anxiety and part laziness. I'll spend 8 hours producing something that i feel might sound alright and in the end I will tell myself, "fuck it this is shit".

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Raum for “Strung Out Days (Take 7)”:
Is this Lou Reed?!? lo-fi-finesse...
 Jan 29, 2019, 09:27 EST
No sir, this is an original song of mine.
A lot of my recordings remain lo-fi but once in a blue moon I will make a proper recording.

Rex Yehudi (shoham) gave feedback to Raum for “You’re My Baby”:
I love this space age theremin sound staring at 1:30 or so. Only needs a killer bassline and this will be a sensation 4 sure!
 Jan 04, 2019, 10:04 EST
Yeah I wanted baseline too but was getting late. Need to get a new cord for pro mic and then I got a few projects I will be working on. Going to be recording my songs I have written down and also start recording reviews for anything Beatles on YouTube.

Do the drums sound too off or anything Shoham? I’m not a drummer.
