While on an assignment to manage an IDP camp as the representative of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), an Internally Displaced mother named her new born after me at the EYN/CAN IDP Camp in Maiduguri, Nigeria. I could not believe my eyes. There is far more a greater story behind this photo. I had to wear the sun glasses so they would not see my tears of joy. Well, say hi to the new born king, Richard II.
I just hope he only copies the good part of me, if I have one that is. #Feeling #Joyful

I dont know how I missed this picture and story until now about Richard II. Wow-you and your team must do great works to be honored in such a way. I hope the displaced women and children were able to return to their homes safely or are at least able to live safely at the camp.

Oh thank you so much.
The displaced women and children are all doing great.
The government made an attempt to returned them to their homes but the terrorists made a comeback so it's kind of back to square one, but I'm no longer in the camp. I'm back to the city now

Wow, truly amazing!! I'm sure he will take on the good qualities of you! But remember, he is human, just like you, and me!
