Quite true. Totally unrelated question: is there a studio version of Panenthea floating around?

Would it were so... Although, feel free to come up with one yourself...!?! I could always hook you up with the chords. If you can handle them that is... :)

No problem man. I already recorded a version of it bc I was awoken by a drunk guy calling the wrong number at 5:30 am this morning. Mixing it now, should post it soon for your ridicule lol ; )

This fucking rocks, bro! You are a musical genius, there's no way I could have reverse engineered this one, esp the flattened sevenths, and the "Hope is lost" part. You're an amazing artist and we are honored. Also, this now your song. Publish it, play it live, take it viral, take the money, run with it, etc. I have a very good feeling about this you, young man. Yo dawg, It's awesome!!!

Haha nah, although I guess I could suggest it for the band to cover. I thought it turned out to be pretty ok since I only worked on it for a couple hours when I was killing some time.
I know I screwed the pooch on the lyrics and flubbed a note or two at times, but you know me, the first take is the master take! lol.

First take is the deepest! This could be a good one for the band. When you play it right, the people love it... And the first chord is a doooooozy -- promethean: (C -- on the B, F♯ on the high E, B♭ on the G, E open, A open, D open.) Also called the mystic chord. Cool chord, has some neat history too!

lol yea there was no way I was gonna tackle figuring that one out by ear. Cool chord though. Makes the audience cease getting hammered for a sec and pay attn to you in the live setting I am sure.
