Can't Blame Us

by Joe H
Genres: Lo-Fi, Acoustic, Folk-Rock

By Rotat off of 2011's "Distances" album. A song that was written about 10 years before, it has been updated for the album in an acoustic style that fits the concept of the quiet, reflective, introspective album that has been compared to various artists such as Elliott Smith's self titled album, Beck's Sea Change and Death Cab For Cutie's more quiet material.

Lyrics:
We don't sleep here. The reason being is fear. We can't seem to close our eyes. Knowing out to get us is lies. We know what we did was wrong, even though it was so long ago. We can't seem to shake it off. Just wait for the call.

Can't blame us, for this. We just want for some bliss.
