what's the story here? seems sad. we have flooding issues close to where I live. It's really devastating for everyone. Great piano work.

Niall Mac Giolla Rua  Thank you for the feedback. This is one of a series of photos I took in London, England a few years ago. The Thames had burst its banks and people were having fun with it, cycling around knee deep. Originally, the piano piece "A message to the people by the water" had nothing to do with these photos and was related to a series of dreams I had. When I was uploading my music, I came across this photo and it just seemed appropriate.

Thanks again, Niall  (Feb 21, 2012, 23:39 PST)

JZC  I'm glad they were having fun. People here get stressed and worried easily, not too many people would be having fun. Best to have fun with a tough situation I think.  (Feb 22, 2012, 10:51 PST)

Niall Mac Giolla Rua  I fully agree. Getting stressed never helps anything. Thanks again for the feedback!  (Feb 23, 2012, 02:33 PST)

Very pretty tune, Niall! Well performed as well.

Has a really nice middle Romantic period quality to it. Funny picture, what is it of?

Thanks for sharing!

Niall Mac Giolla Rua  It's a photo of a town outside London in 2008 which was flooded when the Thames burst its banks.  (Feb 16, 2012, 08:13 PST)
