First impression: vocalist has a good voice, and the guitars remind me of really relaxed ska. It's a well written ballad, but it seems to sustain the same level of intensity the duration of the song and then just end. If this is your intention, it's good. But, there could probably be some changes in the energy level to catch the listener and hold them captive with your sound.
