Simple. Minimalistic. I like the concept, and I don't think that it is too short at all. I also enjoyed the little harmonies that you have going on from the middle onward. I did this spoken word type of thing once or twice and I think yours works very well, I like how there is rhyming, which for me makes spoken word more engaging. I don;t think it is short at all, though. Very good in terms of length. Thank you and good to hear from you again old friend!
