s.a. zober gave feedback to Bojko for “Everything is Winding Down”:
Hey there, fiend. I had not heard this track b4, but it is definitely an interesting one -- I like its lyrics, even though I cannot completely hear what is going on -- still the story comes through, and it is a nice chord progression as well.

You are probably tired of hearing it from me, but I wish you would team up with somebody a bit more often so we could get a better recording for these tunes -- you owe to to the world, yourself, and most important, to me!

Rockin' tune. Thanks Tawmy :] I like the little harmonies throughout -- did this get any radio play?

s.a. zober gave feedback to Bojko for “but now she's gone”:
Needs percussion! I like the lo-fi flavor, as usual, but I think that you will sound a lot stronger with a lot more percussion. Does Tom play the tambourine, or anything. It doesn't need to be super strong, but just something to keep the head popping a little bit more :]

I could add something?

I like the new production style. Weird, but interesting. Are these authentic burps?

A good underlying song, and I liked the lo-fi quality, but I wouldn't mind hearing something a little bit crisper from you, too...

s.a. zober gave feedback to Stellarator for “Drunken Neighbors”:
Great grooves, dudes!

I like the vocals, a lot, but if anything, I would say that maybe you could add some more harmonies...

Still, you guys are grooving well togther, and I can appreciate that. Very progressive, but jammy, nice!!!

I gotta get up to Madison, for sure.

Thank you,

s.a. zober gave feedback to Bojko for “Go Fly A Kite”:
Very nice tune, Boy Co. I think that you could get away with cutting out some of the opening, where there is limited sound, but I like the garage feel of the tune, overall. Cool outro too. Rock on! Shoham

Gremlin gave feedback to The Middlemen for “Starstruck”:
Very catchy. I like the mixing on this track. Can't put my finger on why though. Just refreshing to my ears I guess.

I like the megaphone type vocals too. My only complaint is I wish the drums were a little fatter in the mix. : )

Great work guys!

The Middlemen  Thank you. It was written and recorded during the height of "The Strokes" first album, so that might be the part of the production that is catchy? This one actually got some radio time!  (Nov 26, 2012, 16:20 PST)

Gremlin  I get more of a Tom Petty vibe from it, like Damn the Torpedos era. Either way, neither are too shabby to be compared to.  (Nov 27, 2012, 12:30 PST)

s.a. zober gave feedback to The Middlemen for “Starstruck”:
Great composition. I like what you did with the vocals. I think that the balance is all around very good, although at times the guitar is a little bit louder than it needs to be, IMHO.

Great lyrics, and the band sounds tight as a tick -- no offense Mrs. Backner ;)

Thanks,
